MĒ Pilar Martin is the manager and director of the hotel. She is also the cook. Main courses and desserts are her weapons in order to please the most demanding gourmets. Lentils, beans, chickpeas, red meat, chicken, rabbit, lamb and breadcrumbs are among the main ingredients of the kitchen. and for dessert: eggflan, rice with milk and chocolate truffles. Everything prepared with care and with the best olive oil.

We have two set menus: one costs €15 and includes Somontano wine. The other one is €30 and includes breadcrumbs, lamb and lemon sorbet with Moêt Chandon. Coffe and V.A.T. are included in the price.

We also have several different wines from Somontano, Rioja, Navarra, Ribera del Duero, besides some champagne and cava.
